I have been working at villa europa for 2 years. I had always heard of it but had never eaten there until i started working there. The food is amazing. They may seem to be over priced but you can't go anywhere else and find the qaulity of food and the service for that price. We have great lunch and dinner specials. Our staff is awesome. Congrats Ms.Karin on your best of augusta award for Best waitress/waiter for 2009. If you have never been come give us a try. I'm sure you will be pleased.
Not sure where a couple of the folks who wrote a review have been eating in Germany. Depending on what part of Germany you are from Villa Europa is as authentic German as my lederhosen. Anneliese has been cooking her whole life and unless your eating in her kitchen at home it doesn't get much better. As far as prices go,have you people eaten out lately? Villa Europa is very reasonably priced. The other restaurants get you by selling everything ala carte that way you think your getting it cheaper. You just go on in and ask for Helene(29 yrs) ,Karin (28 yrs), Pat(34 yrs), Anneliese(34 yrs), Peggy(30 yrs),Gisela(30yrs) and tell them PJ sent you,you won't be sorry. If your in town around the second week of October make sure to stop by for the best Oktoberfest this side of the Mason Dixon Line. Ein Prossit.
This place was awsome....the food was authentic German cuisine. The service was great!! Ambiance, selection, and desserts. I will go back again for sure.

I ate at this restraunt years and years ago. I had my family go(in-laws) They lived in Germany while in the servicxe and they said it was the closest they had been to Germany in years...We went back 10 yrs later and bragging our butts off about this place and got fooled! They must've fired the cook and changed up the recipes...I was embarrassed!!! The food tasted like they ordered it frozen and microwaved it. I was elated to see the place shut down just a few weeks ago. I hope they stay shut down till they get the family back in there that made that place rock out!
