On April 6, 2009, Richardson’s Complete Automotive Repair charged a 20yr old female Fort Valley State University student $975.00 for auto repairs, $220.00 being labor cost. The repairs were to replace the water pump and seals to stop an oil leak.

On April 9, 2009, the car was returned because of unfamiliar noises. She was quoted a cost of $194.77 to replace the power steering belt and pulley. This quote included two (2) hours labor @ $55.00 per hr and $10.00 more for environmental fees. Why would they charge two hours labor @ $55.00 per when they fail to diagnose the worn belt during previous repairs. That belt had to be removed in the course of that procedure.

It is oblivious that your business exploits young women and practices extremely irrational pricing. I have also shared my displeasure with the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend doing business with this outfit. Thanks you in advance for your response.
