I have to agree. I give her a one star. Only doctor in Gray, personnel and service need improvement.

my personel dr for 13yrs.: DR. ARNOLD HAS BEEN MY FAMILY DR NOW FOR ABOUT 13YRS. SHE HAS ALWAYS HAD TIME FOR ME WHEN I NEEDED HELP. I HAVE SEEN HER FOR A VARIATIE OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET ME BACK ON THE RIGHT TRACK. HER STAFF FEELS LIKE FAMILY TO ME. I RECENTLY MOVED FURTHER AWAY FROM HER OFFICE BUT I STILL MAKE THE TRIP BACK TO DR. ARNOLD'S OFFICE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO AS LONG AS SHE IS PRACTICING. MIKE BEASLEY

I wish I could say my experience is the same. A few of her staff are very short and unfriendly. I have heard many people in the community joke about the wait in her office. Try calling her office or leave a message for a call back, it is not a pleasant process. I believe much of her success has been due to that she is the only physician in Gray. I would suggest people try other doctors so that they have someone to compare the service to. Choosing a doctor is serious business.
