Master Cleaners

My dealings with Master Cleaners was a complete disaster, to put it nicely. I spoke with them on behalf of my mother, who is elderly and disabled. I took her to drop off her dirty clothing for wash and fold. We dropped off the clothes on Monday, October the eighth; and were told the clothes would be dropped off at our home on Tuesday the ninth. After that we would be on a laundry schedule of clothing being picked up on Tuesday and dropped off on Thursday. When we dropped off the clothing my mother gave the lady our address, but accidentally gave her the wrong phone number. On Friday October the twelth I called to see what was going on with my mother's clothing. I spoke to Susan, who as it turns out is the manager. She was extremely rude and dismissive. I was trying to tell her she had an incorrect phone number, but Susan would not let me speak. I asked her about my mother's clothing, and without even checking she said she would have it delivered today and hung up the phone. I called back on Monday, October the fifteenth and spoke with Susan again. At this point she blamed the entire episode on me; saying it was all because they didn't have the correct phone number. Susan was very rude. Susan stated that they were never given the address, and could not call. I gave her the address and asked if she would like directions. She said no that she knew exactly where it was. I pointed out that she did not make the deliveries. I suggested she could have asked me for the correct phone number on Friday, and pointed out that I was trying to tell her the number on Friday when I called. At this point she hung up on me. The delivery lady called back in about an hour, saying she couldn't find the house. I gave her directions, and my mother finally got her clothing; six days after it was promised. I do not recommend using this place, but if you must all I can say is do not prepay!
