Company Information: Popular with visitors and the St. Patrick's Day crowd, this lively restaurant is a great choice for affordable seafood in a fun environment. Housed (to no surprise) in a Civil War era cotton warehouse, the exposed brick walls and rustic floors lend an air of authenticity to the ambiance.     We ate at The Shrimp Factor in June 2008. It's right on the river. We saw 3 huge container ships float by as we ate our dinner.

    Our waiter was on top of things. The cesar salad was to die for. I could have eaten several plates of that.

    I had the shrimp and crab au graten. It was delicious.

    We had a weekend conference in Savannah in the middle of May 2008. We tried many of the restaurants on River Street, but none even came close to comparing to the excellent service and wonderful food that we had at The Shrimp Factory. We actually liked it so much that we ate there again before heading back home. I definitely recommend this restaurant to all!

    DH and I loved this cozy yummy shrimp place! It is conveniently located on River Street, and the food can be smelled for miles! It is really good, and they have some great dishes. If you're a seafood lover, of more than just shrimp, I'd recommend this place! We just moved to coastal Georgia and love the Shrimp Factory!
