User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI cannot comment on Ms. Karp personally, as I don't believe I have ever met her. I can only comment on my overall experience at this Pembroke office. There are certain staff members who are less than helpful. A few have quite an attitude. Also, certain doctors in that group can be impossible to get a hold of or be seen by. They are off 2 or 3 days a week. It is also nearly impossible to get a phone call back (even when it's about a vital Rx). Every single time I've called I've been put on hold for over 5 minutes. Also, the 4 times I've been to that office, I've waited at least 50 minutes each time. I will be requesting my records and finding a new doctor.
