i have been a going to shin's for over 5 years now and never had a problem with them any time something is not to my liking they will go out of their way to fix it and make it right i have even needed something fixed that day and they would do it at no extra charge
I bought two new suits and brought them to Shin's to get dry cleaned. They ripped the sleeves on one suit and the skirt was wrinkled and shrunk. The second suit was faded like it was washed in a washer. It was a black suit that is now half brown. The suit wasn't even pressed. I pointed out these issues out and they offered to fix them. I allowed them to try to fix them. When I went back to get the suits a second time, the clothes looked worse. My white jacket that was ripped was fixed, but now is dingy and stained up by make-up. I don't wear make-up. The skirt was burnt from them pressing it. My black suit was even more faded. I do not recommend them. I asked them to replace my suits or try to fix them and she refused. I am now suing her for the costs of my suits. I brought my two suits to a different dry cleaners to see what they can do to fix them. They said my suits were never dry cleaned. It's very apparent they washed them in a washer. They didn't smell like the dry cleaner chemical. They couldn't fix it because it was burnt. They didn't want to attempt to fix it because they didn't want to be blamed for the damages. The owner of Shin's was very rude to me. She kept blaming it on the materials. There was another customer at the shop complaining that her pants were cut and hemmed too short. Again, I heard the owner blame it on the material. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and find yourself a better dry cleaners that don't try to rip people off.
Fast Service: Anytime I've needed something, Shins has done the work and done it fast. (Often the next day) Their prices are better than any others I've seen around town. I highly recommend them.
