User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis is the worst electric coop I have ever been apart of! They say they care about people but the bills are outrageous and seem to grow each month. They dont care if an emergency comes up if you dont pay your bill by the date they read your meter your lights are turned out. If you do happen to get it extended its a hassle. Dont bother calling to ask for extentension the lady on the phone will practically bite your head off. You have to go in and sit and wait and talk to the manager.

I dont even use this company,but dont like them.Both my daughters husband are in the army.They couldnt careless about our service men.Both of them were gone and still cut theyre lights off.Idont think they are aloud to do this.
