Worst company ever! I have been waiting 3 weeks to get service and every time I call a representative they say it will take up to 48 hours. Lol these people are a joke!

Comcast has proven to be the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Although our bill is paid we still consistently go without a signal for our tv for days at a time and when we do get a signal it is pixilated and sporadic.They schedule tech visits and the tech never shows up. However, they were quick to turn my service off for non payment ($60) even though we were not receiving services prior and after it was paid our service was still horrible. Customer service is thorough...if you have an hour or so to wait to finally talk to them. They are always professional and polite. We are saying 'good bye' to Comcast.
