User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome service with a smile! These guys are the best of the best & there even trained directly in Germany. Others may charge less but remember you get what you pay for thats why you bought the BMW or Benz in the first place!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRip off & terrible customer service!: I called to ask information regarding car repairs, and I was told to drop it off so they could check it out. The gauges on the dash board (speedometer, gas gauge, etc...) were not working. I called the next day, and I was told it would be over $800 for the repairs. The service tech also gave me an estimate of $575 for a window that was not working properly. I was completely shocked. I recently had the back window with the same part he mentioned repaired by another auto shop for only $195, so I knew this was a rip off! The service rep was very rude as he had been all along. When I told him I would be taking the car for a 2nd opinion, he said, "well you owe us $95.00 for the diagnostic machine". He failed to mention there would be this fee beforehand. After I argued this point, he spoke with the manager. Then he rudely told me to pick the car up. I tried to discuss this with him & he hung up the phone! I was appalled! I have never received such poor customer service! I took my car to another reputable location in Savannah, and the repair for the dashboard was under $100 for the dash board! Do your research before going here!!!
