User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThose people at L & H were so nice. I bought a used computer last week and they took the time to explain to me about the internet and other questions I had. They even gave me a 30 day warranty on a used system that I appreciated very much. I would happily shop with them again.

I went there and dropped off my laptop they didn't fix it it now works worse than when I took it in, and when I got it back parts were missing from it my internal network card was gone. Joke is on them though it was burning out anyway and they said they just got some malware off of it. I am never going back to them. If I could I would rate them with a -10

I donât know who you are and I donât have an Invoice with your name and problem listed. Be a man and come in and complain or better yet if someone stole from me I would notify the authorities.
I don't know who wrote the review above, because as far as I know they will not take your laptop in if they think they can not fix it. They will tell you up front that they don't work on laptop hardware and advise you to take it somewhere else. however they do work on software and there is no guarantee that spyware or viruses will not return
I just do not understand why someone would write a review like that. I do not think that they did anything harmful to my laptop. They didn't mess with its hardware.
