User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMy family and I have been visiting Jinright's since we moved to Brunswick in 1991. We have always enjoyed everything about the restaurant, the customer service, the food, the atmosphere...all great.
But this last Saturday (10.3.09)we experienced our worst visit ever.
The waitress was scattered, distracted, never checked on us, never filled our drinks...etc (she took our order and left our ticket-that's it)-otherwise I had to flag her down when we discovered that my wife's order was burned! The burn had been hidden on the bottom. It took another 20 minutes to get the order replaced (and only after we flagged her down again to remind her)-they were (not) busy-so we couldn't understand the unusally poor service.
We'll be back, one poor experience over 18 years is not a bad score...but it was so very disappointing...hopefully they will get it straighten up before we return.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food and service was excellent. The price was amazingly low for the area. The only negative from our visit was the hostess/cashier who was not friendly at all. Our waitress and the good food more than made up for it. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

Best in Brunswick: My husband and I have lived in Brunswick for over 28 years and we consider Jinright's Seafood to be the best seafood around. People think that have to go to go the Island to get good seafood, but this is not true. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. The best deal is the Seafood Platter for Two. Give it a try and you won't regret it. Local resident.

It would be very helpful to know the approximate time that you were in the restaurant. I want to make sure that something like this never happens again.
