User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsToday my family and I went to this Burger King in Garden City after church. It was my sons's 7th Birthday and we gave him a choice of restaurants - and he chose this one! Anyway, the young lady at the counter, Dawnea, was about as rude and anyone that I've ever had the displeasure of waiting on me. She acted basically as if we were an inconvenience to her by troubling her to take our orders. When I paid, I waited there for her to at least acknowlege my patronage by saying "thank you" or something similar. There wasn't a word of thanks uttered from Dawnea. I looked at her and said "you're welcome" - she was totally clueless. Then, when our meal was given to us, my son's chicken fries were done to good crisp - done is putting it mildly. He ate them anyway because his primary concern was getting back to the play area. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo only. There was a glob of mayo on one section of the sandwich - I used an empty ketchup packet to spread it out before I ate it. It, too, was way overcooked. I can assure all who read this review that I will never again visit this particular Burger King, if indeed I ever agree to visit another in a different location. If you are smart and don't wish to waste your money, you will do likewise. Thank You for taking the time to read!

The last time I was there, I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes and then received a half done burger. I bit into my burger and it was raw, pink on the inside. I was very unhappy. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home but when I called the store they took my name and number and told me to come by the store for my refund. Then when I went to the store to get the refund, they said I needed the receipt that was attached to the bag but since I didn't have the receipt I could get a free meal. Why would I want a free meal from a place that gave me raw meat? I cursed the manager out for lying and ensured them I would never frequent that establishment again. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY'RE NASTY LIARS!!

This is an addition to my above review. Since I have no assurance whatsoever that the managers of these stores ever read this stuff (and how could they, what with having to train their employees on the finer points of customer service - yeah right) I have taken the time to write a letter to the corporate offices in Florida - I would urge all others who have similar experiences in this place to do the same. My personal contact information has been included in the letter, to include my address and phone numbers. I will be amazed if I receive any answer whatsoever.
