BBQ is great and the chicken is the best around. They are good folk and they love to help the community. They cooked the Boston butts for our school and Grill chicken for our lady meeting at church , it was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the owners of Marvel's.

HAVE TO SAY I HAVE TRIED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND ISNT THAT GREAT,IF YOUR GOING OUT ON A THURSDAY,FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT GO A LITTLE FURTHER AND DRIVE OVER TO DJS BEST FOOD AROUND IT IS ON THE BROXTON FITZGERALD HIGHWAY,LEAVE MARVELS ALONE BETTER FOOD AT THE QUICK STOP

I've been twice and both times I've been disappointed in the quality of the food as well as the price in comparison. The dining room has looked dirty both times. I ordered take out so was not too concerned with the dining room. The buffet looked like the food had been there for hours and hours. The staff were not very friendly. The bar b que sandwiches were on miniature buns but priced as jumbo's. It seemed like the staff tried to see how little meat they could put on the bun and call it a sandwich. It tasted canned even though it's advertised as cooked on site. I gave the restaurant a second try and was equally as disappointed. We will drive the extra miles and go somewhere else next time.
