Staff is so rude, they HANG UP THE PHONE if you ask the same question twice. She sees walk-in and appointment patients and pharmaceuticaL sales reps at the same time, never has her mind on YOU, and her language is pretty fawl at times. Most of her patients put up with this kind of service because she is cheap, but at the end you get what you pay for.
