With over 40 restaurants on the Island, the Blackwater is consistently our favorite. Friendly
staff, good service, and "really" good food. The Tybee Shrimp is the best on the Island, and the
Shrimp & Grits are not to be missed. You won't be disappointed!
Passing thru St Simons Island a few weeks ago on a fishing trip. We stopped at Blackwater Grill for some ribs which were as good as my own-which says a lot! My wife had the "world famous" Brunswick Stew, and was delighted. We talked the chef, Jamie, into an after dinner drink. He likes Jagermeister and Budweiser!!!!
Great place, excellent staff, and the best food on the island.
Fabulous Gumbo!!! Nice service with a coastal-cajun atmosphere.
