    Could be worse...: While some of the staff is rude, some is very helpful. I suppose it could be worse. It's beeter than most of the video stores around here are.

    Friendly Small Town Atmosphere: Everyone is helpful and the palce is quiet and clean. You don't have to worry about a crowd or someones noisy obnoxious kids running around while you are trying to make your selection. The employees engage you in conversation as if they know you personally, are helpful with suggestions and give thier own honest reviews if asked, and any problems that may occur are addressed quickly and effectively.
