Average steakhouse prices, delicious food. I definitely recommend you try the blooming onion for an appetizer. I usually get shrimp for dinner. It never fails to be delicious!

I took my daughter there for her 21st birthday last night and expected a lot from them after seeing & hearing the rave reviews. However, I was quite disappointed with the service there. Since it was late when we arrived, the place was pretty slow. We were promptly greeted and seated. The Waitress also promptly greeted us and took our orders.

However, when bringing the bread, she brought no knife to cut it with, and we had to wait for her return to request one. She then brought the salads, again with no silverware. I had also requested some substitutions on my salad, which were not made, and had to send back. Within a minute of receiving the corrected salad, the dinners were delivered, without time to enjoy the salad.

The Waitress had also suggested she could put some steak seasoning on the fries, which was not done.

According to the menu's descriptions of the steaks, I ordered mine medium, which was suppose to have some pink in the center. There was no pink to be found throughout the steak. However, the Manager did check on us and offered to bring me a new one, which he did; but it was closer to rare than it was to medium. That was fine at that point, since I ended up just taking it home at that point. The new steak also came with a fresh order of fries, which did have the seasoning on them. The steak was not as tender as I expected after the reviews seen on them, as was actually a little on the tough side.

Although I mentioned my daughter's birthday a couple times to the Waitress, and she opened her card and left it on the table within sight; the Waitress never acknowledged it. Perhaps it's a territorial thing, but the restaurants I'm used to would have sang to her and/or offered a free dessert or something; however, no acknowledgement was ever made.

For the prices charged, I expected a whole lot more than we received, and am in no rush to return there.
