User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever need to talk with someone at location: I attempted to reach my local post office in Nicholls, Georgia several times today unsuccessfully. I needed to ask a question that could only be answered by the local post office and an 800 number was given which offered NO Help whatsoever. In my opinion this is VERY poor customer service. Overall experience would be negative.
