    Excellent. Do not go to Ole Time Country Buffet unless you expect a plentiful selection of meat/ poultry/ seafood, vegetables, cornbread, rolls, desserts, and iced tea ALL served in the spirit of southern tradition. You also have the option to make yourself a salad and eat more low-fat if you choose. For country veggie eaters - items are seasoned just right. The disappointing thing is that it is becoming more difficult to enjoy this type of traditional food. Thank you Ole Time Country Buffet, Valdosta, GA!!!

    Heart attack on a plate - I love it! I wasn't sure about the buffet concept, but everything on the line was delicious and perfectly seasoned, and hot. Mac and chees - yum, ham was awesome, green beans, rolls, chicken, all was good as Grandma's. Save room for peach and cherry cobbler, gotta eat here.

    There is only two problems with this buffet. Number one is you are sure to eat too much. And the second is they don't open for breakfast. It sure isn't health food, it's real food.
