I don't like the services that I was given. My account was charged 3-4 payments of $19.95 plus $30.00 for the insufficient funds when i didn't advise anyone or myself for these deductions. I have also had problems with my mail being sent to me. I can't get none of these transactions off my account, even though I didn't make them, because they said I've been getting my mail. I haven't received no mail fron planter's first since I moved 2 & 1/2 years ago. I've reported my change of address and all but I still haven't received any mail at my current residence. Then they said I authorized the transactions that have been taken out of my account. Just as I explained in the bank and over the phone, I had an overdraft problem back in May. I haven't put anything in or taken anything out. I knew I had a balance of $4.23 before any of this so why would I authorize any money to be taken out? I don't think I should have to pay anything due to the fact that I didn't do this. If I did, I would say so because I was raised to be honest. I just don't know what to do due to the fact that it's not right because they have security questions put on the account for things like this. I even listened to the recording of the said transaction and told the company it wasn't me and they agreed to put my money back but the bank has sent it to collections. what to do what to do????
