Sunday I took my child and her two cousins to the movies. We had planned to see Bedtime Stories but the projector was broke. So after standing in line 20 mins to purchase tickets for a movie that had already started I went with the girls to find seats. Then I went back to concession counter to purchase refreshments for us. That was another 20-25 mins I had to stand in line. I was never offered a discount on anything. The lobby was dirty and the theater had just opened. There was only two people working for the matinee time. One the two employees was working both the ticket and concession counters. The other person graced us with his appearance when he had to. The movie we saw was messed up. Even after complaining nothing was done. Most of the wait was for popcorn. Instead of constantly popping batches. The employee would pop one batch at a time then when that ran out he would pop another batch. The cups were not kept stock. I had to not only wait on popcorn but for the other guy to go find some cups for our drinks. Then to boot neither one had some kiddie combo treys already made up ahead of schedule.
Believe me anyone would be better off going to the matinee in Tallahassee, Dothan, or anywhere else. I know from now on my girls and I will.
