User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI went there with my friends and i had doubts of the place, it looked nasty and unclean but the services was fast and the food delicious. you can get a bacon cheeseburger about the size of your head for under 5 dollars

this is the worst food in this town. the place is just nasty with mold on the walls and on the a/c supply grills.the food sits out for hours and they will not replace it with fresh food. i got sick on more then 1 time ,the cook can be seen eating as she is working .... get a clue and clean up your act and your restaurant
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI grew up eating southern cooking and was pleased to find Nell's when I moved to North Florida. Their food is terrific. Always fresh and homemade. The fried chicken is probably among the best I have ever eaten. Friday is seafood and Tuesday Lasagna.
Not only is the buffet terrific, but they have a rather large menu. A wide variety of sandwiches, huge and yummy burgers, steaks, seafood and more! Southern breakfast on the menu and every morning on buffet. The salad bar could be better, but everything is always fresh. Deserts are a wide variety from seasonal to classic. Always a sweet cobbler and ice cream. Always biscuits and cornbread.
The service is great and the ice cold tea and hot fresh coffee never ending.
We are lucky to have such a great place to eat in a little bitty town like Branford! Prices are terrific too. Try it, you will like it. Great place for kids, they always have classics like dollar pancakes, french toast sticks, burgers and fries, hotdogs and mac n cheese. Good family resteraunt with a southern country flair.

i bet this person works for this place or there wife does. yes i have stoped by there one time and one time only. the place was not clean. the best thing was the ice crean sandwich.
