A must for sushi lovers: In a tiny little restaurant located between a walmart and a grocery store, you wouldn't expect to find a gem. Sushi chef Will created a fantastic experience for us, offering innovative new dishes while keeping the key aspects of great sushi. His tuna salad was a fanatsic blend of tuna, cucumber salad, tempura flakes, and an amazing light sauce.
The sushi selections were all delightful, with a large portion of fish, with a modest portion of rice.
His Hawaii roll was exquiste. One of the most notable touches was his inquirey into our preferences. My fiancee is not fond of cream cheese, and he offered to replace this with a suitable creamy subsititue, avacado.
The plates were arranged beautifully, with an eye towards balance and a generally pleasing presentation.
The wait staff was curteousy and attentive, without being intrustive, and did an admirable job of anticipating our needs.
Although it is tiny and the teppan grills can be distracting, this is definitely a top notch sushi establishment.
