User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had a good experience at Rivertown Ford. They worked with me and brought the price of the used vehicle I wanted down to meet my price range. Also, when I pointed out that one of the new tires had a lump on it they actually gave me a check to have a new one put on and balanced.

The only thing worse than their sales is their service. The sales is a ripoff, but the service is terrible.
