I used this company for my wedding. They lost my dress once and then they lost the file for my bridesmaids dresses and never found them. The manager was rude and wouldn't do anything to make the situation better. Please never use this company.

I bought a dress for a military formal and I took it back to them to get altered. When I picked up my gown, the DAY BEFORE, my formal, it reeked of someones body odor. They tried to tell me that I bought it that way, and then they tried to tell me that I brought it to them smelling that way. I was extremely upset and distressed by their lack of professionalism. I was able to wash my dress in woolite and hang it to dry the night before the formal. Luckily, the smell and presperation stains came out.
