User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is definitely the worst cable company EVER! They are Windjammer cable now and Windjammer is worse than Time Warner. They are overpriced, the service goes out often, and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I recommend Dish Network instead. They are cheaper and the customer service is a lot better.

Time Warner cable is the worst customer service I have ever experience. One time, I have a cable problem; since I am working from 8am to 5pm mon to fri, I asked them if they could fix it after 5pm or do it during weekend. But they won't listen at you. So what I did I cancelled my service. To all; please get different cable provider, especially if you are a busy mom who works from mon to fri.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe Worst of the Worst: This cable company absolutely has not customer service. Charges an arm and a leg and does not provide the service it supposed to. Unfortunately we do not have many options of other cable companies!!

I agree. I've complained and spent over 4 hours on the phone with them over 3 calls concerning my internet service and they are absolutely no help. They hear your problems and keep going through the same 'steps' to fix the problem and hope that you'll go away and/or get tired of calling and complaining. They are robbing soldiers and their families of hard earned money for the service they provide. There is no reason the same service costs $25 over by exit 8 (with less latency issues might I add) and time warner charges $54 for a MUCH MUCH worse connection. This post allows them to have a high-speed internet monopoly and it's wrong.

I agree also. They have very bad customer service. The internet is slow, and the cable always has a channel with no sound. Had a bill that was due the 17th which was a Saturday and in my Monday mail was a past due notice. This company needs to get its act together.
