User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not eat there. Came with a party of 20. We were there 2 hours before we finally got our food. The wait staff was rude when trying to find out the status of our food. The manager was unwilling to give us a discount on our ticket. Our food was cold when we got it and the orders were wrong. And had the nerve to tack on a 18% gratuity to each ticket for shitty service. I'll never eat there again. AND THE PLACE HAS COCKROACHES.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just got home from Longhorn. We went there as a group of about twenty people. The service was very bad the waitresses were rude when asked why things were taking so long. We waited for over a half an hour for our drinks, and over an hour and a half for our food. When the food finally arrived it was cold and some of the orders were completely wrong. Any time anyone asked about the time or the quality of the food, the waitresses were really quick to be defensive and rude. I could not believe that they automatically tack on 18% gratuity with service like that. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. If you are reading these trying to decide where to go, you are much better off anywhere else.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy first time there and my last time. I went with a group of people, we ordered our drinks and it took 30 mins. for the drinks to come (water, tea). Than it took about 15 mins. for the waitress to come back to take our orders. There were 6 people total. We waited an hour for our food to come, and when the food came ALL 6 DISHES were COLD, not one dish was hot or even looked fresh. Also my dish was burnt and cold that the cheese that was on the food was congelled (so cold it just did not look like cheese).
I will not be going back, because it was just awful. It was bad service and bad food. Plates were warm, but the food was cold. The only good thing about it was the bread they served before the food came.
Just be warned that when you go, if you place your order and the food comes an hour later, the food is probably not fresh.

Please know that not all Longhorn Steakhouses are like that. I have worked at One in Michigan for nearly 3 years, and from the time the orders get rung into the computer they are out to the table within 20 minutes. for larger parties, 25 minutes. Apparently management is not the best at this particular longhorn. I am sorry for your troubles there, but Longhorn policy is to make every guest feel at home, which they did not do. i suggest trying another location.
I've been to other Long Horns that have excellent reputations and never had a problem. The only time I've had decent service at the one i'm complaining about is when I ordered take out.
