User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsLove the Food, Love the Beer, but service is just awful. I recommend the beer sampler, as its a great way to try to great microbrews, but don't go in expecting to be lured in by their cheer and good nature, the servers are there to take orders and bring food, and that is fairly apparent.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was my first time at the Cannon Brewpub and I would love to say that I had a good time, but I can't. My food came out wrong, so I send it back. When I finally got it back it was dropped off at my table without the server even stopping in their stride. I had to wait until I got their attention to say my food was cold. I asked to speak to the manager when he came over the only consolation he offered me was a free desert!!!!! That is not what I was looking for, I wanted him to fix the situation, but it got worse. Our server gave us attitude until we left our table and even then it didn't end as we left the so called greeters didn't even wish us a good evening. I will never step foot in that place ever again and I will tell everyone I meet not to go near it.
