    Rude collision center who over promises and under-delivers. They act as if they are looking out for your best interest, but in reality they are looking out for themselves. They spin the situation in their favor every time - rather than simply tell the truth. One example: said they could not find a tire anywhere - I found 4 tires with one call and 15 minutes of work. After I told them they then gave me another excuse as to why the car would not be done for 1 week, followed by another … and then another. After the car was "fixed" secondary problems occurred, due to their poor handling of the car, and subsequent damage resulted - which rendered the car unsafe to drive. They acted ad if they would take care of it, but then found a way to weasel out of it. Not the most pleasant, professional, or honest people to deal with – use at your own risk.

    Great Chevy Dealer: My experience with Jack Wilson has been outstanding from the purchase through service. My car is always fixed correctly and quickly. Their service dept. is very good about letting me know which maintenance items are due, what the costs are, and suggesting which items to do and when to minimize the $$ impact. The people are always polite and courteous. Even though my car is now out of warranty, I won't take it anywhere else to be fixed or serviced. Wilson's prices are comparable and often better than any shop in town. This is the kind of service you expect from a small town dealer.

    I had a problem with my transmission: My transmission failed and I needed a new one. They honored the extended warranty. No problem -- no hassle. I would recommend their cars and service to anyone.
