Didn't care what garment care tag said ruined it.: At first a woman came over but then a man who identified himself as the owner Khawar Qureshi told the woman he would handle. I told him just to start off that I wasn't trying to sue and wasn't trying to get any money I just wanted my suit back without the spots and dirt. He said it was done and handed me my suit and said nothing and walked away. I lifted up the plastic and saw that although the dirt ( they did) in all of the places was gone the spots were still there. When I asked him about the spots he stated that they would not come out. I said to him "But they were not there when I brought this in" His wife Farah Qureshi then stepped in front of him and stated that the spots were there all the time and that she had written on the ticket. I told her that when I was there nothing had been written on the ticket and if there was writing on it now she had written it after I had left. I told her any prior damage should have been noted in front of me and I should have signed off on it. She said this was not true and that those spots had always been there. The husband owner then pushed the wife aside and told her he was handling this. He told me to take the suit to another cleaner and see if it would come out. I asked him what it was? He said whatever it was it did not come from him cleaning it there. I advised him then what did he think had happened to it there did someone spill something was there a chemical splash what? He stated for me to look at my tag. I looked at my tag on the suit and on it it stated, "Dry Clean Any Solvent except Trichlordethylene" He said he saw the tag before cleaning but used Trichlordethylene anyway because due to all of his experience a suit like mine could be cleaned that way. He said he this is what he uses in his Cleaners. I said to him in that case wouldn't the probability be that the suit had a reaction to the solvent that you used which caused the spots? He said no. I said you are telling me you used something on my suit which the tag told you not to use, you saw the tag used it anyway but you can guarantee this is not the reason for the spots? The wife stepped in again and said we use that solvent on all of the clothes it can be used on that type of material. I said "Even when the garment states use everything except?" They both said yes. I told him you are telling me you used something it told you not to use. He said yes twice. "I said you cleaned it again knowingly with a solvent the garment told you not to use"? He said yes we use it on all of the clothes and when you stated on your pickup yesterday that it was still dirty we used it again to try to get the spots out. I was floored. He then stated that I should send my suit to a laboratory to find out what it was. I asked him would he pay for such services? He said no. He then took my ticket and told me to go. I said to him my suit is now damaged, you said that you cleaned it twice with a solution the garment instructed you not to and you couldn't get it out. You tell me to take it to another cleaner, my suit is ruined what are you going to do? He said nothing but if you haven't paid you don't have to pay the eight dollars. I said I am out a suit and the only thing you can do it take off the eight dollars if I haven't paid. I told him I had paid but that the woman working the counter gave me my money back after seeing the condition of the suit herself. He stated she knows nothing about cleaning. He said I am finished with you now you take ticket and go. I am sure there will be more complaints than mine and want it put on record that they should not be able to take care of peoples clothes if they just clean items the way they want. I the customer pay for the expertise of someone to clean my clothes not ruin it because you use the same thing on everything. Since he is cleaning peoples clothes using solvents that the garment maker tells him not to use I know there will be mor
