I see they still are a terrible dealership! I went there years ago & will never, ever go back!

I have had a horrible experience all together with this dealership from financing to service. I bought a $20,000 vehicle but it was used..if you try to get service on a used car you are not as important as the new cars. Financing department is very incompetent! I had to call them to find out why I have not received a bill yet,it turns out they didn't have all the info the needed and financing was pending. They never bothered to call and let me know it was missing. I wound up being late on my first payment because they didn't bother to tell me the license copy they took was to dark. Then when it came to my 30 day warranty I went to get something fixed and somehow the car was uncertified AFTER I bought the "Certified" vehicle. I have had nothing but hassles and would not recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a car for my wife from this dealership and included the Auto Butler, extended warranty, service contract, and tire repair... I guess they saw me coming. None of these sevices were entered in their data base and it has been like pulling teeth to get them to fulfill their contracts.
It was a miserable experience and when Ritchey Cadillac bought them I hoped things would improve, but I was wrong.
They know nothing about auto butler and don't stand by their contract.
Pass this group up when you purchase a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
