I just want to say that this is the worst buger king I have ever been too. I have given it a total of two chances and thats all it really needed. I wouldnt recomend anyone to go there. First time. I ordered a Whopper combo. The lettuce was bad, the tomato was rotton, and the fries were just terrible. I called the manager to complain he stated he went through the produce that day, well not well enough I guess. He adevised me to bring my recept for inconvience for a new whopper. I went back and went to the window ordered my food there was a very nasy drive through attendant at the window. I Placed my order and didnt tell her till I was at the window that I had this reciept for the whopper. Trying to help her out. She threw a fit and stated omg I wish you would have told me this. I asked the rude young lady for some onion ring sauce and salt. She rudely put " WERE OUT OF ONION RING SAUCE." I said again well can I have some salt then. again she stated " "were out of onion ring sauce." Rudest nastiest experiance Iv ever been through.
I just went to this Burger King. I will not go back. First I ordered a #8 with onion rings and lettuce and tomato only. A sprite to drink. The drink is the only thing that they got right. I thought I was at McDonalds when I got to the window as I was asked to pull forward like everyone else.
I got my food and there were fries. I pulled back around and told them. They said they would fix it. I looked at the receipt on the bag and they had my sandwhich marked right but the receipt said fries. I took my sandwhich out and gave them the fries. Once again I was asked to move forward this time to the front of the building. I waited 9 minutes before going back through. I told them I had waited long enough and to just give me my money back. They had forgotten about me I heard the drive-thru attendant Jimmy announce. I get home and open my sandwhich. It has cheese and mayo on it. I will not go back. They can not get their acts together it is clear.
I was a customer the other night at the drive thru at this location. I waited over 13 minutes to get my order. The car ahead of me was allowed to continue adding to their order at the window which caused the long wait. I refused to take my order after that as there was no applology, just the excuse for the delay. I proceeded to Wendy's and had my order within 2 minutes.......

So...how was this Burger King's fault? If you work in the service industry, you are not allowed to say "Sorry sir, we're going to take your order as-is, because other patrons will get mad and leave." You say yes to anything every customer wants. Write a bad review on mindless people, not the fast food joint
