    They are HORRIBLE, very unprofessional and rude especially the Sales Manager. The dealerships in Orlando seem to cater more to their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE FROM JON HALL HONDA. I purchased a car from Jon Hall and have deep regrets in doing so. I should have traveled to Orlando or St.Augustine but due to the proximity I purchased locally. I am appalled by the lack of Customer Service skills displayed by Jon Hall Honda. Customer Service should continue after a dealership makes a profit, that is what keeps people coming back. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
