User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent customer service, I got several quotes from all the other automotive places in New Smryna Beach and Edgewater and Muffler Man in New Smyrna beat them all price wise hands down, and the work was done right, they did not try to push something on my vehicle that I did not need, which is the kind of experience I have had at American Auto and the oil changing places, I will take all my vehicles to Muffler Man in New Smryna as well as tell all my friends and family members to go there as well. Great Job Guys keep up the good work

Beware: Unfortunately, this is one of the few muffler shops in the area. My experience was as follows:
Dirty shop
Poor customer service
Don't accept appointments
Won't quote prices over the phone
Parts replaced that did not need to be replaced.
Make sure you get a written estimate before the work begins. Don't let them rush you to make a decision just because your car is up on the lift.
Don't be in a rush to have muffler/exhaust work done. Your car can survive a few extra days until you find a reputable shop. Don't be afraid to drive out of New Smyrna to have the work done. This shop might be less expensive than Midas (also not recommended), but you aren't getting any deal here. You get what you pay for.

Obviously you havent been to muffler man in new smyrna lately goldenrule, the new manager there is awesome the shop is kept clean, the customer service is outstanding, they did tell me they are a first come first serve basis, but hey its worth it, i heard the manager give a quote over the phone while i was there, but i thought to myself what if thats your competition calling to under quote you? The employees showed me what needed to be replaced on my vehicle and why, i got a great deal from muffler man and will tell all my family and friends to go there because i had a great experience there. The new manager took over October of this year and it must have done a 360 degree turn around since you have been there. They even cared for my vehicle by putting floor mat covers and seat covers in my vehicle before getting in it to put it in the shop. While i was there, there was people from palm coast there that also had great reviews for them and they would come back for any service that needed to be done to there vehicles. koodles to muffler man in new smyrna keep up the good work, signed customer for life.
