User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi bought in lakes and meadows 1 year ago and it was the worst mistake of my life. these people live like hogs here and not much can be done about it i guess.it doesn"t cost much to clean a yard and fix up a bit.garbage strung up and down the streets always. i am ashamed to tell people i live here, and i have a really nice place. can"t wait to get out, but values are low here due to the people.

Do I ever feel for you!! Your area is commonly refered to as "lakes & ghettoes". I live over on the lake and my neighbors keep their places pretty nice but there are some rentals that are shabby to say the least. We have a daughter & mother down on 318 that are the epitome of pure white trash. Broken lawn furniture, trash bags hanging from their awning & rails to their stoop, a tent,bagged leaves that have been there for 2 yrs. Laundry hangs out til it dry rots. The people across the street gave up trying to sell their house because who wants to live across from such an eyesore.What is code enforcement for. This place is straight out of Deliverance.
