    Good experience when my truck needed a new AC compressor fan motor. John clearly communicated what the problem was and the options and costs due to a change made by Dodge. I had the problem verified prior to having Royal fix the issue since this was my first time dealing with them.

    I have no idea how this place gets voted "Best Around." They replaced my blower motor without replacing the resistor, so the electrical short in the system continued and later burnt out the control switch, causing additional costly repairs. In addition, a hole in the radiator suddenly "appeared" the day after getting the AC fixed, and "suddenly" I need a new radiator after my car breaks down on the side of the road. Coincidence? You can risk it if you want to, but I'm not EVER going back.

    Horrible work done to my Galant. I would avoid this shop, dirty and would not return calls, overcharged and sloppy shop. Do not go here Trust me!
