The service was terrible and the couple that OWN IT were plain rude.
After getting a sundae in which I found a pubic hair, I asked for a refund an even apologized for the inconvenience, but the employee told me that they didn't give refunds. This is when I asked to speak to the manager and when I was approached by the owners I figured we would resolve the issue and I could leave with my refund - but I was SHOCKED to find that the owners also refused a refund!!!
They then accused me of "planting my own pubic hair in the sundae to get myself a freebie"
The woman owner was rude and ignorant, and the male owner (I will guess husband) was clueless as to what was going on.
I walked out not only empty handed but also embarresed becuase the woman owner spoke loudly so others in the building heard her accuse me of planting a pubic hair in my food. I am a 57 year old woman and this was borderline humiliating.
If you are in the mood for ice cream I would advise going elsewhere, but do yourself a HUGE favor and: DON'T GO TO SCOOPS!!!

I love to go there after the movies and get bagels and ice cream cones for the kids. After Picture show 3 Movie Theater this is a walk through the park! You can also sit outside and eat your snacks
