User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA+ Support: Wonderful support! I had a issue installing a printer i had bought to print my photographs. They walked me through installing it and got it working in no time.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey don't care for their customers: I bought parts from them that didn't work. Instead of correcting the problem they accused me of "frying" the parts. Ultimately I was out $400. I will NEVER deal with them again.
