refused service: I had a coupon for a oil change for 16.99.When I refused to ok addational unwanted service work the attendent became hostile and started yelling at me.He threw my coupon in the trash can and told me to leave.

I also had an unpleasant experience at this Texaco location. When the attendant was pulling my car into the bay he stalled it out (manual clutch) and the car jerked violently and he ground the clutch several times. The other people working there thought this was extremely funny and were laughing hysterically. I was not amused. They also recommended that I have the cabin air filter replaced. I told them I would take care of it myself and when I was returning home, dirt and debris started flying out of the vents. They had purposely put the filter back in upside down. The completely unprofessional attitude shared by the employees at this Texaco Express Lube is unparalleled. Do not bring your car here.
