Think twice: Nice, safe Community. Rules & Regulations are only for Management's benefit. Residents suggestions & requests generally fall on deaf ears.

Beautiful but...: A beautiful community to live in. But, while residents are required to follow all rules, as it should be, unfortunately management changes the rules at will if they feel they may get more sales. This can impact on those people who purchased because they were looking for certain things in a community. Although the community on the whole is a lovely place to live, when you purchase a home on rental property you are at the mercy of management and its whims. This can conflict with your original agreement at any time with no recourse on the renter's part. They can be very selective in the rules they choose to enforce.

As far as I'm concerned its great: Maybe I'm a little bias being a member but the guests I had visiting me think its great. I have 2 cousins that come up from Fort Lauerdale and there Father lives in Harbor Hills but there prefer to play at Water Oak.
