Mediocre "mexican" food. The Chicken Chilaquiles were extremely dry. The Chile Relleno is only served vegetarian style. Food is very bland. Service is excellent. Very busy. Not enough attention to food. Good variety of dishes in the menu, but lacks authenticity. Music playing is other than mexican; mostly dominican bachata, which I like, but does not add to mexican ambiance for those of us who know mexican food and music. Very noisy. Usually crowded. The flan tasted "ready-made" from a box; it was very powdery tasting. Good rice, but not mexican. Our waiter was courteous and attentive like the bar tender. Some of the ingredients used made us ill. It took a day to get feeling better. We will not be rushing back any time soon.
New & efficient staff at the Port Orange location, wonderful food, full of flavor & very fast. Lunch specials can't be beat. Drinks are a bit high price, but they are HUGE !!! very crowded in the late afternoon into the evening, just adjust schedule accordingly, but if you can't,it's worth the wait. their beef & pork items are slow cooked to perfection and the seafood is great as well.my only complaint is that on the big screen TVs they only show soccer (in Spanish).
Cheap food and super quick. Careful ordering drinks...they are more expensive than you'd think. Anything with grilled shrimp is excellent, everything else is ok, but the vegetarian options are BAD (and I was one at the time I ordered it). If you're at Palmer, La Fiesta is perfect for a very fast lunch. Tuesday is cheap margarita day.
