My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese a cheese burger & a double quarter pounder w/ cheese & a grilled chic club both were meals except the cheese burger because it was for my dog.. The fries were old & tasted like grease the burgers were cold & old I asked for extra onions on the quarter pounder & wound up with no onions but got tomato the the only thing I guess that was good was the reg cheese burger but the dog ate that & I'm sure if she could say something she would because the meat was so thin it looked like a krystals burger but even they are bigger then that mcdonalds has really gone to the dogs & thats only cause they cant talk if they could they would probally say they want burger king
We ordered a chicken select combo, Happy meal, & a quarter pounder with fries. The only part of that order they got right was the chicken select combo. The only part of the happy meal we got was the drink & instead of the quarter pounder with cheese, we got a filet of fish sandwich. We took it back & the kid running the drive through window said "Pull up & talk to the manager" The manager gets there & we tell him what happened & since we didn't have our receipt he actually had the nerve to tell us, that next time they might not take it back. "More or less the next time we mess up your order you better make sure you bring your receipt or we wont fix it." The place is a joke.
Very poorly managed: Every time we go through the drive thru, we end up with the wrong order or our order is incorrect. Tonight I went in and asked for the manager to take my order. He was over having fun at a table with friends or family instead of watching the workers as his should be doing while working. I told him about my unhappyness with the last order I from there and his answer was well they are just kids! I told him what I wanted to order and that I wanted it to be correct this time. He rang up my order and charged me full price for a reorder. He never said anything about a replacement on the house or anything. I have never been so insulted in my life. I feel they need new managers that are able and willing to work with the kids and besure that the orders they are giving out are correct and not just whatever they want to give out when he is off at a table sociallizing instead of doing the job is he being paid to do.
