Overall Service = Very Good. Dropped by on a Sat and was immediately greeted by a service tech. Told them I wanted an oil/filter change. They pulled my car into service stall and started working on it immediately (shop not busy perhaps?). Manager came into waiting area and advised that my car also needed fuel inj service, replace power steering fluid (it was black color), in-cabin air filter, and reg air filter. He was very knowledgeable about my car type/brand and had good justifications for each service item then he told me he would give me a package deal. I told him I was going to buy a K&N air filter myself, and he did not argue or pressure me about this one bit. Even as more customers showed up, my car was done in about 10 minutes with a 15% off total price including preferred customer discount ($8 bucks off for the oil) even though it was my 1st time there. Even left with an $8 coupon disc for my next visit. I'll be back with my other car and see how my 2nd visit turns out. I live in Palm Coast, so after reading all the bad reviews about the PC place, I'm really glad I didn't go there due to convenience.
