User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI haven't rec'd consistent service with Sparkle N Shine. Sometimes it's a good job and sometimes not. The interior used to be great when they were done with it. Not so much anymore. Still, a heck of a lot better than doing it yourself considering the amount of time it would take and cost of using manual wash and interior cleaning. I feel for the employees and I tip well no matter what. Just a personal preference.

Even though I had an appointment, my car sat there over 5 hours while the fellow took care of other vehicles without appointments. The detail interior cleaning was incomplete, ceiling, carpet stains, vents, dirty. Car had strong smell of chemicals to the point I could not drive without windows being up. Young lady at the registrar to check out and pay was NOT customer friendly and was actually rude. I would hire the fellow personally to do work for me but NOT utilize that car wash again, very poorly managed. Twice I used the car wash and the roof of my car still has black dirt on it.

Outstanding service: I've been using Sparkle-N-Shine for several years, and they always do a great job at a fair price. I recommend the Express Hand Wax - it takes just a few extra minutes and is well worth the price.

You might want to just keep in mind working in that heat, trying to keep up with close to 500 cars on most days is alot of work. Its hard.
Yes, very true. I understand that'd be annoying, but I think that's rare. They are very good when I go there.
