Amazing... can't wait to go again!: Had a fabulous Egyptian exhibit, to die for! Oh! And the gardens are just stunning!
Hidden jewel of Jacksonville: I recently went to the Cummer for a school project. I went to find a religious painting and examine it so that I could write a paper on it. I was just astounded by this place. I have never been into art but this was great. The best part was the exhibit "Beyond the Frame". A sculptor had recreated some of the most famous impressionistic paintings. These paintings are now in 3D! It is as if you can walk into the painting. What an experience. The exhibit leaves Jan. 8th, so hurry. It was the best five dollars I have spent on entertainment in a long time.
Incredible experiance: I visited for a wedding reception and the grounds and staff were so extrodinary, that I have returned many times and advised others to do the same. The art and displays are beautiful, as well as the grounds.
