I just want to say what a very bad experience I had there on 10/27 at 6:30 p.m. with the so- called manager. I went in with coupons intending to buy 1 blizzard at regular price and the second for .99 cents and a banana split buy one get one for 1.99, My son put the coupons on the counter and immediately she jumped on us saying I am not taking all those coupons, in a very rude matter. I explained we were only getting the two blizzards and two banana splits. When I proceeded to order the banana splits she jumped on me saying I told you I am not taking all those coupons. I said I am a paying costumer and there is nothing stating you cannot use more than one coupon on different items. I then proceeded to say he will purchase the blizzards seperately and I will purchase the banana splits. She again got nasty and told us she is not serving us and to leave.
I said I do not understand why not and she told me in a very loud and nasty tone, leave the store and threatened to call the police. Over ice cream?
She then proceeded to get even more nastier and I asked for a manager she said she was one, hard to believe. She then proceeded to pick up the phone, and asked me what kind of pills was I on? Why would she say something like that, I did nothing wrong except to try to make a purchase from coupons that were in the newspaper to get me in the store to purchase their product.
I left because I was not about to give them any of my money and could not believe the treatment I was receiving.
As I got in my car she looked out the window and proceeded to make like she was copying down my license plate.
I was so upset and aggravated over this whole situation. Now that I think about it I should of let her call the police and explain why she would bother calling them over not making a sale and now have a customer that will never go that establishment and would not recommend anyone else to go.
First thing this morning I called corporate headquarters with my complaint and it is now 4:30 p.m. I did receive an email from one girl saying she has informed the franchise owner of the situation but yet to hear back.
In this day and age why do we hire such rude people to work in a place where you want the customer to return.
As for her rude comment about me taking pills, I had just had oral surgery done and was not speaking clearly, isn't it sad how people assume things about other people.
Please do not go to this establishment and support such bad behavior.
I have worked customer service for over 15 years and if I ever did that to someone I would be out the door. Too many people are looking for a job and would treat others with the respect we all deserve. No wonder our children today are in such disarray. Look at their role models, a lady in an ice cream shop treating a paying customer this way.

I hope I hear back from the franchise owner before noon tomorrow that gives them 24 hours to respond to my complaint.

If I do not hear back, I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.
