    WOW....what a great restaurant....if you go ask for Steve to be your waiter he is the best!!!! You will want for nothing he goes out of his way to give you the best service you can ask for...the food is excellent especially the meats and the grouper along with the risotto...every october the first place we go for dinner in town!!!!

    I received a gift certificate for this restaurant and dined there for the first time.
    The food was okay....
    The fish I ordered was prepared rather high in salt.

    The crab cake appetizer was served with regular crackers (on the plate) that one would get at a supermarket. NOt fancy at all for this type of restaurant.
    In my opinion the dish should have been served with oyster crackers or crackers normally served with a seafood dish...
    The experience and food was very blah...

    Completely agree with the first 2 reviews.Stonewood(Ormond)use to be the best restaurant in Ormond,but recently,last 6-8 months,it has gone down hill.Not as consistent as it once was although the service is still good.Had a bad experience last time there and we walked out saying the same thing."Its not what it used to be".Also agree they need a chef,not a bunch of line cooks(nothing personal guys).
    Got a gift certificate for Christmas so we will try it once more.I don't believe in bad mouthing a place after 1 try,after all anybody can have a bad day.Except for a Dr.!
