    On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 1. Was recently there for a charity event 80's theme party. The people made the party excellent, the location is perfect for a resteraunt and event. But the service is the worst I've ever experienced. They had 3 full bars open and the average wait time for a drink was 20 minutes. I can't imagine how much money this facility lost that evening in drink sales. There were people lined up at every bar wanting to give their money away but nobody was there to take it. The worst part is that the bartenders all played favorites and after waiting 15+ minutes for a drink a girl would up with her friend call the bartender out by name then get instantly served a free drink while everyone else would stand around staring at each other in disgust. There is a formula that Management needs to figure out before they host an event. If they had twice the number of bartenders people would have stayed much longer than they did.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE! DINNING OUTSIDE ON THE WATER WATCHING THE SUN GO DOWN AND THE DOWN TOWN LITE UP IS SO RELAXING! MY FIANCE AND I LOVE TO MEET HERE AFTER WORK..... BEERS ARE GREAT, FOOD IS DELICIOUS! TRY A VANILLA WHITE RUSSIAN, SO GOOD!....AND EFFECTIVE

    I am shocked to read about the negative reviews as well. I have been there a handful of times and not had bad service. I have always sat outside because of the view as well as the wonderful breeze that you get from bring out there. It's a wonderful place to have corporate functions. I know I have attended 2 while I worked in the downtown area and we went over there. This is by far the only place that I have seen that will not make faces or treat you different because of you having a large crowd of people in your party. I have been to other corporate functions elsewhere and they did not give us the service we deserved, or like River City did. I would prefer them over anyone else to take my employees to for something corporate!

    My suggestion to those bad review people.....Try it again. Don't let one waiter or waitress ruin your view of the place, and if it's still bad....Talk to management that's what they are there for!!
