Seriously without going into a lot of details, believe every negative review on here. They are absolutely true in my experience and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to ANYONE!
my families duval honda experience: My family was offered a price on a new Honda Odessey by Mgr. Bill Bingham that we felt was a good price. My family was told that if we would buy a Honda instead of a Nissan that Duval Honda would absolutley possitively match the price of an equally equipted Nissan quest for 27,500.00. That was a bold faced lie. I hope that no one else has to go through the embarrassment that I felt as a father who has to tell his children "Sorry because Mgr, Bill Bingham who sells the cars here at Duval Honda was not honest with Daddy, we're not getting this van"; Then have to answer many questions about why.
Sincerely Disappointed

don't waste your time: This Honda dealership was the worst one I've ever went to--i wouldn't recommend Duval Honda to anyone, actually, I've detoured people away from them they are so bad. I bought my first car from them when I was a senior in high school; it was a dodge neon--they let me drive off the lot with it and everything and then I week later they told me I needed to go up there and sign a paper that me and my mom (she co-signed) missed while signing the rest of the paperwork, so me and my friend went up there thinking we're just going to sign one paper and we'll be done, um, wrong answer. They then told me that they couldn't finance us for the car (AFTER they let me leave the lot with it and have it for a week) but, HOWEVER, they could finance me for 1 of 2 cars they picked out for me already. (Which were honda civics) So I cried a little cussed a little yelled a little and finally my mom came up there so we went ahead and got 1 of the 2 cars they had picked out for me...out of 1000 cars on their lot, we only got to choose from 2..haha. So, stupid us got the car and I had it for about 2 weeks when the clutch went out in it...so, we had to have it towed and then we tried to get honda to fix it, but what do you know...that wasn't covered under warranty! (imagine that..12 months 12000 miles bumper to bumper warranty and that wasn't cover...hmmmm) So, we spent $200 something to get it fixed...not even 3 months later the clutch goes out again...we got it fixed for free by the same people because we had a warranty on it, but we went to honda to ask what the problem was and their response "you obviously don't know how to drive a stick..." but I had a cavalier before that that was given to me, but I wrecked, and that was a stick and the clutch never went out in that--I always did just fine with that. But I don't know how to drive a stick!!! So after we get the clutch fixed then the brakes started going out...I take it to honda and for some reason my whole darn brake system went out...but they have no idea how that happened....guess that has to do with the clutch thing, huh?? so, they were going to charge me $1500 to redo all that so finally I talked to a sells manager and he told me they would trade me out of it...so, we did that and then my fiance co-signed instead of my mom and when we signed it was at about 19,500 because i still owed 13,000 on the one we traded in and they gave me 10,000 so i had 3,000 left over that they tacked on and then i got rims which were like 1,800 and with taxes and stuff it was 19,500 when we signed, but then late February I get a call from honda and we start talking--some how, they have NO IDEA what happened they had it up to 26,500; and "that's what we signed at" but I had my contract that said 19,500; so we just let them keep the car so to make that long story short--don't waste your time! Seriously...you'll regret it.
